Line your slow cooker with a crock-pot liner. Turn your crock-pot on the high setting.

Form meat into a ball then flattens it slightly. Using a pastry cutter or knife cut into 1/4 size pieces and then into 1/8 size pieces.

Cut cheese sticks in half.

Form each piece of meat into a ball. Flatten ball a little bit and form into a ball over the cheese piece. Repeat for each piece of meat.

Place meatballs into the slow cooker and pour the sauce over top. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Cook in a slow cooker for 2 hours on high until meat is cooked all the way through.

Top with freshly grated parm!
